Once your fee is paid you will be immediately redirected to the online registration. The process is in two steps. You cannot go directly to the registration form without paying the fee first. As the page explains, you will receive your registration packet within two weeks of your online registration–and you will receive a receipt from PayPal immediately upon paying your fee.
